Back To Work

These are workers in a neo-liberal society who have turned into strange shapes by having to go to work all the time, and forgetting what they are when they are not at work. They are modern, flattened Canoptic jars. Glamorous patterns cover the jars that hold the crusty remains of lives spent at work. The forms are built on found shapes of packaging waste, in an attempt to generate randomness.

The Back To Work series is part of the BLACK COMEDY IN PASTELS and IT STARTED WITH A KISS projects. Refer to the brief info tab for an outline of my main 3 projects. The projects jump around and fuse with each other momentarily.
